Johanna Rodriguez-Toledo, M.D., FAAP, is a Board Certified Pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
She completed her residency in Pediatrics at University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Rodriguez-Toledo graduated with honors from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico, were she received her medical degree. She also completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with honors from the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Rodriguez-Toledo is experienced in pediatric inpatient care & outpatient care.
Her special interests include Newborn Care, Breastfeeding, and Adolescent Medicine. For the past few years, she served as a hospitalist at FVRH where she cared for thousands of children requiring inpatient care & served on the transport team for critically ill children.
Dr. Rodriguez-Toledo was selected for inclusion in the 2013 edition of ' The Latino American Who’s Who' that selects and distinguishes leading Latino professionals throughout the world who have attained a recognizable degree of success in their field of endeavor and thereby contribute to the growth of their industry and culture. Dr Rodriguez-Toledo has also been selected as an honored member of 'Trademark Women of Distinction Honors Edition 2017', awarded Physician of Excellence Award in Pediatrics by the Orange County Medical Association, published on the Orange Coast Magazine Top Doctors 2021-2026.
She enjoys traveling, boating and going to the beach with her husband and two kids.
Dr Rodriguez-Toledo is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Zacharia Reda is board-certified in pediatric medicine, pediatric critical care. He has been in practice for over 22 years, treating thousands of children in primary pediatric care, newborn, adolescent, pulmonary, critical and intensive care.
Dr. Reda served his pediatric internship and residency at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York, and at LAC/USC Medical Center in Los Angeles, respectively. Additionally, he completed a pediatric critical care fellowship at UCLA.
He served as Associate Medical Director of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Miller Children’s Hospital and St. Vincent PICU. He also served as the Associate medical director of PICU at Valley Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Reda has served as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital (FVRH) for the past 15 years. He was voted by his peers as chairman of Pediatric Department at FVRH. Dr. Reda serves on the faculty at HOAG Hospital, Children Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), Miller Children’s Hospital. Mission Hospital and Saddleback Memorial hospital.
Dr. Reda is a clinical associate professor of pediatrics at UCI. He has taught residents and fellows at both UCI and UCLA for many years. He frequently participates in national and international medical society functions to present his research findings. Dr. Reda is specialized in primary pediatrics, newborn, children and adolescent medicine. He is also specialized in pediatric pulmonary, critical care, and emergency medicine. He treats asthma, chronic cough, and premature babies. He has performed over 1000 cases of flexible bronchoscopy to help diagnosed and treated infants and children with lung diseases.
Dr. Reda was voted by his peers as one of the “Best doctors of America in his field, 2013”
Dr. Reda was honored by the Orange County Medical Association (OCMA) as one of the top doctors in his field, as featured in the Orange Coast Magazine 2005- 2026. He was also honored by his peers as one of the best doctors in CA, to be trusted by physicians to care for their own family as featured in the Los Angeles Magazine “Super Doctors” 2008-13.
The medical board requires 25 hours of CME to maintain a physician’s license, every year Dr. Reda participates in numerous international medical meetings and fulfills over 250 CME hrs yearly. He has received several CME awards and recognition from the American medical Association (AMA) and The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)

Dr. Ruchi Modi Singh is a Board-Eligible Pediatrician who loves caring for children of all ages, from newborns to young adults. She completed her pediatrics residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and earned her medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Before that, she graduated with honors in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside.
Dr. Singh has a special passion for newborn care and enjoys building long-lasting relationships with families as their children grow and thrive. She is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati and proficient in Spanish, which helps her connect with families from many different backgrounds.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Singh enjoys traveling, hiking, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
Ji In (Jini) Kim, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care and is board-certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Boston College, graduating cum laude, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University.
Jini began her career as a registered nurse in pediatric primary care and public health, working with underserved communities. Growing up in Chile, she developed a strong commitment to global health and health equity. Her interests include promoting preventive care and reducing chronic conditions through early identification and management of disease in childhood.
During her doctoral training, she served as a Teaching Assistant and received the Donald J. White Teaching Excellence Award. She also completed a 1.5-year Early Childhood Policy and Leadership Fellowship Program, where she gained experience in child health policy, advocacy, and leadership to support the wellbeing of children and families. She represented Boston College at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, focusing on the health impacts of climate change.
Her research and quality improvement work have a global focus, with collaborations including Jimma University in Ethiopia, Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Ewha Womans University in South Korea, and the University of Minnesota. Her work has focused on pediatric mental health, ultrasound-based nutrition assessment, and reducing health disparities. She is actively engaged in implementing quality improvement initiatives in clinical practice.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean, Jini is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive, family-centered care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, café hopping, reading, and doing Pilates.
Valeries Daigle has been with Newport Children for over 10 years. She oversees the staff and works closely with doctors and patients to ensure an efficient workflow in the office. She is the liaison between staff and patients to maintain an effective communication.
